The Executive Director of Mental Health America in Allen County is Ruth Anne Sprunger.
She has been Executive Director for 35 years. She graduated with a B.S. in Education from Bluffton University,
in Bluffton, Ohio and received her M.S. in Education/Psychology from the University of St. Francis. Ruth Anne was
awarded the Allen County Bar Association Liberty Bell Award in 1993, the Law Enforcement Oscar from the Fort Wayne
Police Department in 1986, and in 2002 Ruth Anne was awarded both the Sagamore of the Wabash by Governor Frank O'Bannon
and the Marilyn F. Schultz Award by the Mental Health Association in Indiana.

Glenn A. Emley has been MHA President since 2003 and a board member since 1996. A lawyer in private law practice at
Emley Law Office in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Glenn is Chairman of the Board of Christian Elementary Education for Bethlehem
Lutheran School and is also President of the Fortnightly Club, the oldest club in Fort Wayne founded in 1893. For fun
Glenn and his wife, Suzie, enjoy the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and love to visit their favorite destination in the
